| ‘Who is telling the story’ is a project by BasementArtProject.com as part of A.P.I. Istanbul 2009. Art Pie International /De Kunstvlaai is a non-commercial art fair/exhibition for international art initiatives and takes place every 2 years in Amsterdam since 1998. This year A.P.I. has expended its first international edition in Istanbul. BasementArtProject.com is invited as one of the groups from the UK and will present new work by eight London-based artists. The project explores the notion of storytelling through the focus on the narrative point of view and the relation of the narrator to the action of the story. |
